Mission
The Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA) - is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth within assigned regions. This role bridges the gap between corporate marketing strategy and local market implementation, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to regional needs and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute field marketing activities including webinars, events, trade shows, local promotional campaigns, regional brand partnerships and public relations approaches.
Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing materials that address regional customer needs
Build and manage relationships with local partners, distributors, influencers, media outlets and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure
Research market opportunities & gaps, and identify ways to amplify our brand in the region
Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Maintain brand consistency across all regional marketing materials and touchpoints
Manage regional marketing budgets effectively and report on spending
In collaboration with Corporate Marketing, advise on SEM for key Operators and campaigns
In collaboration with Corporate Marketing develop and manage marketing activities to increase revenue and tickets through the eCommerce products in EMEA region.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to the sales team, helping optimize future marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
Profile Requirements
10+ years of relevant field marketing experience or product marketing, preferably in the fitness, SaaS market.
Strong data insight, comprehensive management skills, and teamwork awareness, with the ability to communicate across departments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
Passion for fitness, performance, or health industries (highly preferred).
Autonomous, proactive, fast-learner, data-driven.

Vitruve was born in 2017, and founded by Oscar Repiso and Iker Zubizarreta. They used to train in the gym with the aim of improving performance, but they realized that gym routines were not working for them. Then they discovered that they were not properly individualizing the work in the gym, not taking into account daily performance variations, volume tolerance, etc.
Then they discovered that there were some sensors that were capable of analyzing all this and individualizing the training to each person, the problem is that they cost $3,000-$4,000, so they decided to make their own device which is affordable, reliable, and easy to use.
Today Vitruve is used by top athletes and teams all around the world. Our clients are mainly in the US, such as Stanford University or UCLA. In Europe, we have PSG (soccer) and the 1st tennis player in the world.
