Support the delivery of people and communications initiatives within the Door Business, collaborating with various teams to attract, engage, and develop employees.Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Doors Director, support and drive business objectives and the people agenda to achieve high-quality outcomes:
Deliver local operations for Door’s business, including advising line managers and employees on HR processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, managing local benefits communications, and coordinating employment, attendance, and payroll documentation.Support managers in union-related matters such as negotiations, performance management, investigations, and interpreting legislation, policies, and agreements.Report on people metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements;
support organizational data management activities.Assist in talent recruitment, retention initiatives, and performance and reward services.Promote culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being activities.Requirements
University DegreeFluent in EnglishNative proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish3 to 4 years of relevant experience
