The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) for delivering turnkey projects, reducing on-site construction time to a minimum. /p pb Role Description /b /pp We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Project Coordinator. This position will support the design and tendering of water treatment projects across various sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma, and Data Centres. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in project coordination, documentation management, and water treatment, and will be looking to grow their career within a dynamic team. /p pb Main Duties and Responsibilities /b /pulli Assist in managing and maintaining project registers and trackers to ensure projects are on schedule. /lili Help prepare, organise, and upload documentation to client’s documentation portals as per project requirements. /lili Coordinate information from multiple ongoing projects to ensure smooth communication across teams. /lili Attend virtual project meetings and assist with taking meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked. /lili Support the preparation of Sage quotations and project documentation for client handover. /lili Assist in preparing weekly and monthly documentation reports for internal and client review. /lili Help manage project documentation milestones and ensure deadlines are met. /lili Assist with the preparation of documentation required for ISO audits. /lili Maintain regular communication with clients and project team members to ensure project progress is aligned with expectations. /lili Collaborate with the project team in the development of conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for water treatment projects. /li /ul pb Required Qualifications and Experience /b /pulli Experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment, engineering, or a related field. /lili Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly. /lili Fluent in English, both oral and written. /lili Knowledge of completing PQQ’s (Pre Qualifying Questionnaires). /lili Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a wide range of water treatment projects. /lili Strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to tasks. /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn MS Project and Sage software. /lili Knowledge of basic project coordination and documentation management practices is a plus. /lili Eligible to work in the EU with all necessary work permits. /li /ul pb Benefits /b /pulli Competitive Salary for the right candidate /lili Pension Scheme /lili Annual Bonus /lili Opportunity for career progression within a rapidly growing company /li /ul
