Email Marketing Technical Executionbr/br/Campaign Deployment:br/br/Manage everything from weekly newsletters to complex automated flows. Creative Oversight:br/br/Direct copywriting, layout, and design with rigorous Quality Assurance (QA). Optimization:br/br/Continuous A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and send times. Technical Integrity:br/br/Manage data hygiene, integrations (APIs/Webhooks), and high-converting landing pages.br/br/3. Automation, Analytics Compliancebr/br/Advanced Workflows:br/br/Build triggers based on user behavior and predictive rules. Data-Driven Insights:br/br/Track KPIs including Open Rates, CTR, Churn, and LTV. Actionable Reporting:br/br/Usebr/br/GA, Power BI, and CRM native analyticsbr/br/to drive strategy. CRM Expertise:br/br/High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (Core requirement).br/br/Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Klaviyo is a plus. Analytical Stack:br/br/Comfort navigating Google Analytics, Power BI, and native CRM reporting. Education:br/br/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
