Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end quote to contract process within the Quote-to-Cash (QtC) function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Identify & implement process improvements to enhance quote, contract and tender efficiency and effectiveness through automation / digitization.
* Define and manage QtC process dependencies, risks, and controls associated with the separation, including system interactions, data handoffs, and interim operating models.
* Lead the implementation of any new system capabilities from a QtC perspective, including definition of business requirements, coordination of UAT, validation of end-to-end process impacts, and sign‑off of readiness for deployment.
* Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to address them at source.
* Collaborate with internal collaborators such as BPT, sales, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of quoting and contracting processes.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quote and contract performance, such as cycle times and error rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contract & quoting process related issues and inquiries within the QtC function.
* Define, implement and continuously refine quoting & contracting policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Stay updated of industry standard methodologies and emerging trends, translating them into actionable enhancements within the QtC customer service model.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) are highly desirable.
* 5‑7 years of experience in contracts and pricing, or a related field, with a focus on continuous improvement and execution. Proven track record of managing and optimizing quoting and contracting processes in a global or large-scale organization.
* Proven leadership and people management experience in a matrixed environment, with responsibility for indirect teams.
* Proven Lean Management skills with Lean Six Sigma certification a definite asset. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., LOTS, S4 Hana, JDE) and other contract and pricing tools and technologies (SFDC, Conga, OCPQ).
* Professional English.
Salary Range
€78,600.00 - €125,775.00 per year
