Your focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Spain, ensuring event initiatives are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable pipeline growth. This position requires cross-team collaboration, strong project management, and performance analysis to optimize event outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, your role will contribute to the full marketing funnel by creating impactful experiences that convert leads into opportunities. You will work closely with sales, growth operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results. /pp✨ bWhat You’ll Do /b /pulliDevelop and implement a comprehensive Spanish marketing events strategy. This includes identifying and prioritizing events, managing budgets, allocating resources, negotiating contracts, and executing a diverse program of activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences. /liliReview and provide feedback on event marketing materials to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines, including booth graphics, messaging, and branding. /liliAlign event marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective sales follow-up to drive revenue growth. /liliAnalyze lead data from events to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates.
