We are looking to create Call center scenario and record Audio in the Catalan with Spanish & English languages. After Recording the requirement is to also do Transcription
Nature of Role : Free lancing and based on the project needs.
Role Description
This is a remote, freelancing contract-based position for Catalonia Spanish and English Call center experienced specialist for large language model (LLM) annotation work. This role is task based and on contract basis. Responsibilities include improving the Call center scripts and creating the Audio based on the scripts. Scripts need to align with the generated Audio. The role may also involve developing linguistic guidelines and maintaining data quality throughout the annotation process.
Qualifications
Experience in Call center with Catalan, Spanish and English.
Experience in transcription and annotation
Strong attention to detail, language accuracy, and quality control
Previous work with AI/data annotation tools is advantageous
Effective communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree
