Our Neurovascular team develops comprehensive portfolio of innovative solutions, including aneurysm coil devices, vascular reconstruction systems, and other advanced technologies used in the endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms and ischemic stroke. The Division also provides minimally invasive solutions for stroke prevention and management, as well as for the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.

We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Manager Neurovascular, Iberia. Purpose : The Marketing Manager is responsible for product management through planning, forecasting, and commercialization, including product launch activities, while continuously analyzing trends across different market segments as well as existing and unmet needs.
\n
The role involves defining product marketing specifications, identifying business development and growth opportunities, and working closely with management to define strategic objectives, strategic plans, and execution tools aligned with corporate guidelines, with the aim of increasing penetration in the existing market.
\n
The primary objective of the role is to lead the introduction of new products, design product marketing plans, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks, define the appropriate marketing mix, pricing strategy, and product positioning, and develop action plans for marketing initiatives, promotional activities, sales force training, and product presentations at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

- Define marketing objectives and strategies to support the achievement of the company’s growth goals.
\n
- Manage the Neurovascular product portfolio at a national level.
\n
- Define and execute marketing plans in alignment with local and EMEA objectives and available resources.
\n
- Continuously monitor relevant market segments and potential markets (trends, key competitors, product innovation, evolution of distribution channels) to anticipate and identify opportunities and potential threats.
\n
- Analyze sales trends and monitor KPIs to guide commercial execution.
\n
- Manage, coordinate, and develop new technology launch strategies.
\n
- Act as an interface with Supply Chain, Demand, Quality, Regulatory, and all internal stakeholders.
\n
- Deliver product training to the sales force and angiography suite staff.
\n
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team.
\n
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through relationship building and networking.
\n
- Develop effective marketing and customer engagement tools in collaboration with the sales team.
\n
- Interact effectively with the commercial organization, working closely with the sales team.
\n
- Develop marketing and promotional initiative plans in close collaboration with the Business Compliance team.
\n
- Provide continuous support to the Tender Office and the Strategic Tender Department.
\n
- Support Commercial and Professional Education initiatives.

\nRequirements\n
\n
- Academic degree: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s or PhD will be considered a strong asset.
\n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Neurovascular field.
\n
- Previous experience in marketing (preferably within medical devices).
\n
- Experience providing support in angiography suites for neurovascular procedures.
\n
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\n
