This exciting, yet challenging opportunity, allows this individual to lead and be actively involved in high touch, high visibility engagements with customers during the GTMS implementations. /ppbResponsibilities : /b /pulliProvide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetings /liliLead the Vistex team on the project, be customer-facing for all meetings and demos and be responsible for project delivery per scope and timeline. /liliGet a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution /liliDesign and configure the system as per business requirements /liliExperience with ERP processes related to SD, FI and have a background working with business processes. /liliPrepare file templates and upload data into the GTMS system /liliWork with the technical team to design and build interfaces with the host system /liliWork with the offshore team lead and allocate tasks effectively between onsite and offshore team /liliAllocate tasks and work to the build team based on effort, timelines, and availability. /liliIdentify product and customer-specific project issues and work with product development to resolve them /liliResponsible for writing functional specifications for enhancements that have to be done by the technical team /liliPrepare meaningful system demos during the course of the project for the customer /liliPerform quality assurance on the system built for the customer /liliPrepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support /liliPlay a role in setting up a pre-configuring system based on best practices and industries /liliLearn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings /li /ulh3About us: /h3pThe Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives.
