We are looking for: Sales Manager Automotive
Region: France/Spain (Remote)
Main responsibilities
* Drive sustainable business growth by owning and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and opportunity identification to deal negotiation and closing.
* Develop and expand long-term relationships with automotive customers and key stakeholders through regular on-site visits, presentations, and strategic discussions.
* Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and global sales teams to shape product direction, support customer requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
* Manage the assigned territory autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion.
* Support global collaboration by working cross-regionally to align strategies and secure international business opportunities.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Required qualifications
* Demonstrated experience managing and growing relationships with customers that have a global footprint.
* Strong track record of working with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers, understanding their processes and requirements.
* Knowledge of cellular communication technologies is an advantage.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
* 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, successfully driving business growth and managing complex sales cycles.
