We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager with a Hunter profile to join our growing team and help accelerate our presence in the Spain market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role where you’ll build trusted client relationships, craft value-driven proposals, and play a key role in expanding our consulting and managed services portfolio. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with a consultative and solution-oriented approach. Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their strategic priorities. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on mid-size and enterprise clients across various industries. Help position our capabilities in technology consulting, managed services, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their strategic priorities and positioning act digital as a trusted partner. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships. Track sales metrics, report on performance, and contribute to sales strategy refinement. Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Main Requirements: Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in technology consulting, digital services, or managed services. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders and IT decision-makers. Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 2 years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills
