We're looking for an ambitious, high-impact Sales Manager to take the lead on our growth in the DACH region. You'll be leading a talented sales team, driving new business across the region, and helping shape the future of a product-led company that's scaling fast. Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team focused on the DACH market
Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market and commercial segments
Use data to refine strategy, forecast accurately, and optimise the sales pipeline
Create a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning within the team
Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity, fast-growth setting
Experience leading and coaching sales teams—motivating others while still crushing your own targets
Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in both German and English
Highly skilled in outbound sales and comfortable owning complex deals from prospecting to close
