Responsibilities
1. Stablish an intense relationship with technical and sales team to develop Solutions close to Clariant Portfolio
2. Lead technical projects related to Circular economy (Biofuels, waste renewable, Edible Oil, etc.)
3. Balance offering between EMEA PFA plants
4. Support target accounts, introduce new products, resolve customer claims
5. Align technical service goal with Sales and Operations
6. Survey customer and market unmet needs and suggest measures and projects
7. Understand customer needs and translate into products and services
8. Solve customer and product problems concerning EH&S, QM and customers' production
9. Support customer training programs, lectures, trade shows participation.
10. Ensure implementation of planned actions
Requirements
11. Relevant Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, Business (with technical experience) or realated.
12. Relevant experience of minimum of 3 years in Industry as technical sales, technical support, technical service, technical development.
13. Knowledge and experience in Bentonite, Mineralogy, or Oil-Process-Refining.
14. Fluent in english (advanced) with strong communication skills.
15. Technical, business and customer focus skills.
16. Availability to work in our plant in Yuncos, Toledo.
