Regional Marketing Specialist – UK & Scandinavia (Maternity Cover)Remote | Fixed-term contract
We're hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to lead marketing across the UK and Scandinavia, driving demand and supporting ambitious growth plans in a key region.This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of regional strategy, work closely with sales, and execute campaigns that directly influence pipeline and revenue.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the regional marketing plan, working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure campaigns are both locally relevant and commercially effective.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the marketing strategy for the UK & ScandinaviaDrive demand generation aligned to sales objectivesPartner closely with sales to support pipeline growthDefine and track marketing KPIs, optimising performance through dataPlan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, events, webinars)Localise global content and create region-specific campaignsManage budget allocation and evaluate ROI
What We're Looking For~5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within B2B~ Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns~ Strong understanding of digital marketing and events~ Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)~ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills~ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Language RequirementsFluent English (essential)Scandinavian language (beneficial but not essential)
Nice to HaveExperience working across UK and Nordic marketsExposure to both B2B and B2C environments
