You facilitate the agile process and support the team and its product owner, removing impediments and enabling a smooth execution •Your agile mindset does not end with your team - you are happy to share your knowledge for facilitation and workshops beyond departmental boundaries •You act as a role model for cultural development in an international environment and constantly bring in new ideas and innovations •You shape the agile development of DOUGLAS in its creative and ambitious Agile Community You have an agile mindset and are an ambassador of agile principles •You have about 2 years of practical experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in comparable roles •You are experienced in using Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro or similar and are keen to try out new tools •Fluent English skills
