**Main responsibilities**
On a typical day as an Aruba Inside Partner Business Manager, you will:
- Manage virtually (by phone, electronically or on social media) a set of assigned or acquired partners' accounts.
- Work closely with the company outside sales, channel partners, and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
- Qualify leads to create new sales opportunities, and execute sales strategy for assigned portion of partners' accounts. You will serve as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develop a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with Aruba's business priorities.
- Sell solutions, products, and services based on defined territory strategies and plans.
- Drive end-to-end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner.
- Qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
- Develop basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, and IT investment strategy.
- Communicate the value of the portfolios and solutions to differentiate Aruba from competitors.
- Build a sales pipeline and forecasts that are data-driven by sales activities.
- Coordinate Aruba activities with the Partner (including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements).
- Develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Aruba.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of Sales experience in Hi-Tech /IT showing your proactiveness, professionalism, your sales-focused mindset engaging with stakeholders with good to excellent communication & negotiation skills both written and oral.
- English is a must at an advanced level with another language from a Nordic country (Dutch, Swedish...)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales)
- Experience in developing positive relationships, solving customer problems, account management, and acquisition
- Knowledge of companies’ portfolios, IT and/or industry solutions, products, and services to solve a business challenge
- Ability to anticipate, prioritize, proactively forecast, and meet deadlines
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen.
- Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system
- Eligible for working in Spain and in our beautiful & international Barcelona Sales Hub
