In this pivotal role, you will partner with Product Manager, other functional experts and business stakeholders to co-create the strategic solutioning and innovation of digital Quality Management products—ensuring every initiative aligns with and accelerates business strategic outcomes. Execute on digital quality backlog of enhancements as well as on the Quality Roadmap ensuring that digital quality products (e.g, QMS, LIMS etc.) deliver measurable value and are tightly aligned with long-term business goals and digital transformation priorities.* Quality Assurance & Testing: Define and execute test cases, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system usability, reliability, and performance.* Compliance & Standards: Ensure digital solutions adhere to GxP, data privacy, and security standards.* System Administration & Support: Configure and maintain quality-focused business applications (e.g., QMS, LIMS etc.) and provide support for troubleshooting.* Process Improvement: Proactively collaborate with the business stakeholders to analyse and optimize business processes, promoting architectural consistency and reducing technical debt.* Documentation & Training: Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and system design specifications.* Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the central point of contact for product-related communication, managing expectations and fostering transparency across all levels of the organization.* Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to keep the product relevant and competitive.**We Offer*** Work in very close proximity to our business in a global and intercultural environment.* Progress to life.
