Job DescriptionITP Aero is looking for a professional to join its Aeronautical Engine Maintenance Centre in Albacete as an Industrial Development Engineer. The selected candidate will work in a highly skilled technical environment, contributing to projects focused on process improvement, automation, and industrial development, supporting operational excellence and efficiency.Main responsibilitiesDefine and ensure compliance with Industrial Capability Development standards.Execute the Group’s industrial plans, meeting deadlines and cost targets.Provide support in automation and industrial standardisation activities.Manage the industrial budget, ensuring compliance and cost optimisation.Prioritise activities across operational units, identifying improvement opportunities and synergies.Design, deploy and enhance the Lean Manufacturing model for production management.Promote both internal and external benchmarking initiatives.RequirementsUniversity degree in Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering, or a related scientific field.Minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles within industrial or aeronautical maintenance environments.Solid knowledge of:Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, and occupational risk prevention.Layout design, 5S projects, and workstation optimisation.Process control and improvement methods (SPC, Six Sigma, MSA).Value Stream Mapping (VSM), WIP management, and stock control.Industrial automation and automated equipment.KPI management and structured problem-solving (8D, SCRA, CEDAC…).FMEA, poka-yokes, and failure prevention methodologies.High level of English, both written and spoken.Personal skillsAnalytical mindset and results orientation.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Initiative, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.What we offerIntegration into ITP Aero’s Aeronautical Engine Maintenance Centre in Albacete, within a collaborative, innovative and friendly working environment.Salary in line with academic background and professional experience.Lunch and transport allowance covered by the company.Adaptable working hours and hybrid working model.Real opportunities for professional growth within an international leader in the aerospace sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
