Since 2012, we've been shaking up the way people rest. Our mission? To make it easier to rest when and where you need it—even if it means cocooning your head in a wearable, immersive pillow (literally—we invented that).

| ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a
Head of Global Marketing & Growth

to lead Ostrichpillow's next chapter of international expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll shape the global marketing strategy across e-commerce, Amazon, and B2B/distributor channels, combining
data-driven growth

with a strong
brand mindset

.

This is a
strategic and hands-on role

: you'll guide a talented internal team, coordinate external agencies, and ensure that every campaign reflects our brand while driving measurable business results. You won't execute every task yourself, but you'll be close enough to execution to keep initiatives agile and aligned with company goals.

You'll play a key role in expanding our reach beyond the US into Europe and Asia, defining the roadmap for campaigns, launches, and global marketing initiatives.

| WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Growth

* Define and lead
global marketing strategy

across e-commerce, Amazon, and B2B channels.
- Translate our brand purpose into
high-impact campaigns, activations, and product launches

.
- Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to
identify growth opportunities

across all markets.
- Own marketing performance and ROI across channels, with
direct influence on revenue growth and profitability

.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce

* Lead full-funnel digital strategy: awareness → acquisition → retention → loyalty.
* Oversee paid media campaigns (social, search, email, content, affiliate) in collaboration with the team and agencies.
* Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize website conversion, UX, and repeat purchase.
* Leverage data from CRM and dashboards to guide decisions and improve performance.

Campaign Execution & Brand Storytelling

* Lead end-to-end campaigns: strategy, creative, targeting, testing, measurement, optimization.
* Ensure
brand consistency

across channels, markets, and touchpoints.
- Work closely with the creative team and external agencies to deliver campaigns that balance
brand and growth objectives

.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

* Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team: Marketing Executive, PMM, Art Director, Designer, Copywriter + external agencies.
* Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to streamline launches and initiatives.

Analytics, Reporting & Budget

* Define and track KPIs by channel: e-commerce, Amazon, B2B, ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, LTV, engagement.
* Set up dashboards and reporting to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
* Manage marketing budget efficiently across all channels.

| WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 7+ years of experience in global marketing, ideally in
consumer goods, lifestyle, or D2C brands

.
- Hands-on
digital expertise

: paid social, search, email, SEO, content, affiliate campaigns.
- Proven experience in
multichannel marketing

: e-commerce, marketplaces (Amazon or similar), and B2B/distributor channels.
- Experience leading marketing in
international markets

(US, Europe, Asia) is a strong plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-channel coordination skills; able to
drive efficient campaigns

while maintaining brand coherence.
- Data-driven mindset: able to define KPIs, track performance, and make informed decisions.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with external agencies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Bonus: experience in wellness, travel accessories, soft goods, or experiential marketing.
