Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Remote work Launch Manager (Strategy & Funnels) to join our team. In this role, you will oversee strategic planning and execution of product launches. Key responsibilities include developing effective go-to-market strategies, managing sales and marketing funnels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, and monitoring key performance indicators. Additionally, the role entails optimizing processes to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
People currently working with international launches or wellness/tech products in Latam/Spain.
We need to move fast. If they don't have a website, their LinkedIn \"Featured\" section or Portfolio must show real numbers/metrics.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in strategic planning, marketing strategy, and funnel creation
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting
* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
* Knowledge of brand development, digital marketing, and customer engagement tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Prior experience in product launches, strategy, or business development is a plus
Mission: To build the \"Webinar-to-Subscription\" journey.
* Key Skills: * Expertise in Hotmart (mandatory).
* Experience designing Evergreen and Live Webinar funnels.
* Ability to manage \"Low Ticket\" ($28) to \"High Ticket\" ($237) upsell paths.
