Overview Join to apply for the Especialista En Ventas Y Marketing role at Webel .
Webel is the app for receiving services at home (manicure, cleaning, handyman, physio, etc.). Our objective is to make Webel a massive brand and reach +100M users. We aim to move beyond basic, predictable, or conservative marketing.
Responsibilities Growth & Experimentation: Detect, propose and execute growth initiatives across any channel or format; design and launch tests; measure impact, learn quickly and iterate.
CRM & Retention (Braze): Ideate and execute CRM campaigns (push, email, in-app); work on customer journeys, activation, retention and reactivation; collaborate on segmentation, messaging and timing.
SEO & Content: Identify SEO opportunities (on-page, content, landing pages); collaborate on content for growth, organic traffic and conversion; treat SEO as a business lever, not only traffic.
Referral & Growth Loops: Optimize referral programs and growth loops; design mechanics that convert users into the primary acquisition channel.
Paid & Creativity: Support Performance team with creative ideation and messaging; propose formats, claims and narratives that scale; understand what works in paid and why.
Non-traditional Marketing & OOH: Propose special actions, OOH campaigns, collaborations or out-of-the-box ideas; bring the brand to life in the real world.
Global Marketing Vision: Maintain brand coherence across channels; keep an integrated funnel view (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
Your Profile Growth mindset with obsession for growing metrics.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Braze) or SEO knowledge.
Comfortable touching many areas and learning quickly; proactive about identifying opportunities and driving them.
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with ambitious goals.
Embraces AI as an ally to be faster, more creative and efficient.
Bonus: startup or hyper-growth experience; ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision making; knowledge of referrals, performance marketing or app marketing (MMPs such as Adjust); experience managing campaigns from start to finish; ability to create Agile processes (Notion, ClickUp, Jira).
