Purpose of the role
The Diagnostics Insights Solutions Team is part of Roche Diagnostics. The team focuses on developing and commercialising larger solution portfolios that combine digital products, physical products, and services. As a Technical Solution Management Associate you will serve as a bridge between business needs and the technical implementation of these solutions, applying data analytics and artificial intelligence to design and develop tools that enhance end‑to‑end digital solution management.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to ideation, analysis, and evaluation of solutions to optimize processes and improve transparency and traceability.
- Develop process‑optimization tools: identify improvement opportunities, leverage data analytics and AI for stakeholder groups, and automate or streamline inefficient processes.
- Team management (e.g., lean portfolio management, automation)
- Technical solution management (e.g., requirements, version control)
- End‑to‑end solution management (e.g., portfolio coordination, traceability)
- Support solution lifecycle management with administrative and documentation tasks.
- Create reporting and metrics tools to track performance and adoption of key solutions.
- Define maintenance and sustainability tasks to keep tools relevant, including retraining with updated data.
