Both companies are part of Parikh Holdings. We are looking for a CRM Automation Specialist for HUBSPOT! If you have experience with HUBSPOT and are interested in working in a dynamic and challenging environment, we would love to have you on our team! We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach.
The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Automation Specialist who specializes in using the HubSpot platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze data and metrics to measure the performance of automation efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve them.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
* Train and support internal teams on the use of the HubSpot platform.
* Stay current on the latest developments and updates in the HubSpot platform and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a CRM Automation Specialist role, with a focus on using the HubSpot platform.
* Strong understanding of CRM automation best practices and strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience with HTML, CSS, and JS will be a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
