ABOUT THE JOB
As an IT Project Manager, you ensure that the company’s projects are delivered successfully, on time, and aligned with business objectives. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects related to systems, applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, you manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. You help resolve issues, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure clear and effective communication throughout the full project lifecycle. Your role is key to keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and future growth.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN IT PROJECT MANAGER?
- Lead and support IT projects within NRF from initiation to successful delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to systems, applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and define mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Resolve issues and remove impediments affecting project delivery.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, security, and operational requirements.
- Support process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN IT PROJECT MANAGER?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Planner and Azure DevOps.
