Founder in Residence (Max. 50 Days) – YOUNGBuild a company. Prove you can.YOUNG is a venture group that builds and scales its own companies across sectors such as hospitality, coffee, workspaces, real estate, hotels, media, and more.We are looking for a small number of ambitious builders to join our Founder / Operator program — designed to test whether you can actually build, operate, and create value inside real companies.This is not a course.This is not coaching.This is where you prove you can build.

What you'll do

From day one, you step into real YOUNG companies .You will:Work on active businesses with real operationsTake ownership of parts of the companyContribute to growth, sales, and executionWork on new initiatives and improvementsYou are not observing.You are operating .

How it works Duration: Maximum 50 daysSetup: Part-time, flexibleCan be combined with job or studyWe don't measure hours.We measure:→ output→ ownership→ speed→ entrepreneurial mindsetEverything you do is visible.

The 3 Steps Step 1 – Internal (Start)You work closely with a Co-Founder and YOUNG Holding.You learn the business, operate, and prove yourself internally.Step 2 – ExternalYou start engaging with stakeholders:customers, partners, suppliers, network.You show you can represent and grow the business.Step 3 – YOUNG HeroIf it clicks, you step up as a true operator.You become a key driver in the company and move towards a long-term role.
