Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
trade marketing strategies
in collaboration with retail and distribution partners
Coordinate
co-branding initiatives
and campaigns to maximize visibility across partner channels.
Ensure consistent brand representation at
POS, events, and activations
Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights to optimize marketing investments
Support the launch of flagship collections through joint marketing activities
Build strong relationships with partners to drive alignment with Tissot's general brand strategy
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Logistics teams to align campaigns, launches, and events.
Coordinate with agencies or vendors for marketing collateral, POS, and event execution.
Profile
Background in trade marketing positions.
Passion for watches, sports culture, and lifestyle branding.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across international teams
Analytical skills: interpret KPIs and market insights.
Communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
Project management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Event coordination and digital amplification knowledge.
Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset.
Professional requirements
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced user.
Design packages (Adobe suite), a plus.
