Job Description:
Join Powens, Europe and Latin America's leading Open Finance platform, as we scale our content strategy across three dynamic markets. We\'re seeking a Manager of Content & Thought Leadership to transform how we tell our story, establish market authority, and drive meaningful engagement with our audiences in France, Spain, and Mexico.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a strategic yet hands-on role. You’ll shape and execute content strategies that amplify Powens’ global narrative, elevate our CEO’s industry presence, and position us as a recognized leader in Open Finance. This role isn’t about churning out blog posts, it’s about influencing how entire markets perceive Open Finance and sparking conversations that drive business growth.

Content strategy Own our content strategy across France, Spain, and Mexico, ensuring everything we publish serves a clear purpose.
Adapt content strategy to each market's maturity level and specific product offerings.
Ensure all content is optimized for search (SEO & GEO) without sacrificing quality.
Turn our CEO into a recognizable industry voice on LinkedIn and beyond, through bylined articles, speaking opportunities, and media engagement.
Thought leadership & industry relations Position Powens as the go-to company for stakeholders and influencers in Open Finance in France and Spain.
Identify and secure opportunities for speaking engagements, thought pieces, and - when relevant - award or ranking submissions.
Cultivate strong relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to enhance Powens’ visibility and influence.
Develop compelling customer success stories that showcase the tangible impact of our solutions for clients and partners.
Execution & optimization Manage content calendars and collaborate closely with product marketing and demand generation to align content with business objectives and campaigns.
Drive SEO & GEO efforts to boost discoverability, organic performance, and long-term visibility.
Track and measure performance across channels, reporting on content metrics, SEO rankings, and influenced opportunities to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Use AI-powered tools and innovative formats to streamline production and maintain consistency at scale
Cross-team collaboration Build and manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and designers to deliver high-quality and diverse content.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to maximize the reach and impact of content initiatives.
What we\'re looking for?
Experience and background 5–7 years of proven experience in content marketing, editorial management, or thought leadership, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
Bilingual proficiency in English and either French or Spanish; knowledge of both being a strong advantage.
Solid expertise in SEO, content analytics, and digital growth strategies.
Experience managing external contractors and agencies.
Strong understanding of French and Spanish media ecosystems and communication practices.
Skills & capabilities Storytelling & copywriting: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
Executive communications: Ability to craft and represent C-level voices on professional platforms, with strong executive presence.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing performance data and leveraging insights to optimize strategies. Experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and Wordpress.
Collaboration: Skil led at working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and regional teams to align content with global and local objectives.
Social & digital savvy: Experience designing and executing social media strategies for B2B, with a strong grasp of digital platforms to expand reach and engagement.
Innovative & curious: Data-driven mindset with a passion for exploring new content formats, trends, and approaches, including the use of AI-powered tools.
Salary range : 50-60k
