 
        
        Grid Engineering Manager (f/m/d) - Offshore Wind Power 
Lead as key technical interface between customers and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for grid topics in offshore wind projects. Engage customers & transmission authorities from early sales through execution, applying engineering expertise to ensure compliance with grid requirements and shape innovative solutions to support the energy transition. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead grid requirement analyses to evaluate technical compliance. 
- Partner with customers & transmission authorities during the sales phase to discuss & align on grid‑related technical requirements. 
- Manage contract deliverables in the execution phase, including technical documentation, digital models, and specialized grid support. 
- Collaborate with Park Control specialists & product technology teams to identify solutions for current & future developments. 
- Review and perform power system studies in steady‑state, dynamic, and transient domains. 
What You Bring 
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering, ideally with experience in wind power or grid developer/operator industries. 
- Proficiency with tools such as PSCAD/EMTDC, Matlab/Simulink, PSS/E, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory. 
- Experience performing steady‑state, dynamic, and transient studies. 
- Strong communication skills in English; French an advantage. 
- A self‑driven, analytical mindset with the ability to maintain an overview of complex tasks in customer‑focused environments.
