So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you’ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.**You are responsible for**- Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.- Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.- Creating together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.- Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.- Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.- Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.- Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.**You are a part of**A Team to manage and support Ultrasound business in Andalucia. The role will be based in Malaga.**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**- Experience in account management, sales activity or project management- More than 3 years of experience in US equipment selling- Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account- Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally- Understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations- Background in healthcare industry will be valuable- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English* languages- Clean driving license- Willing and able to travel**In return, we offer you**To be at the heart of Philips and share our passion for introducing meaningful innovations to support medical professionals and patients experience.Advance your career in an environment that supports work-life balance, health & well-being and continuous learning.
