Responsibilities
& Tasks
Overall support in the management of technical digital projects including but not limited to
- New functionalities onsite
- Optimization of existing features
- Integration with 3rd party tools
- New country rollouts
- Optimization of SEO
- Implementation of tracking for analytics purpose
- Coordination with cross teams: Media, CRM, Logistics, Treasury, Customer Service, Consumer Data, etc.
Your daily tasks will include:
Requirements:
- Responsible for planning and prioritizing new features as well as projects
- Support in defining priorities and upcoming projects with Digital brand team
- Create accurate and detailed retro-planning across all department to manage projects effectively
- Coordinate projects across teams including identifying action plan of each department, aligning timeline, defining potential risks and mitigation plan
- Collaborate with the Product Owner in defining requirements (mock-up, specifications, UX/UI etc.) of each new features
- Manage day-to-day incidences with key stakeholders (digital brand team, media, CRM etc.) and ensure quality and on-time delivery from the technical team
- Guarantee good operating rhythm with the BAU team and review team's capacity
- Help the e-commerce team in finding solution when facing issues related to content management and/or technical
- Ensure clear and detailed communication between the Brand and the technical team as well as every stakeholders involved in a project
- Track progress of project, update team accordingly and share monthly reports to key stakeholders
- Make sure our tools are appropriately implemented and updated (JIRA tickets, Confluence etc.)
- Create documentation to go through all the approval & certification process phases
- Assist in the End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing of ongoing sprints
- Ensure website accessibility is up to standards based on weekly/monthly reports and lead the implementation of opportunities as well as resolution of potential issues with corresponding stakeholders
- Support SEO team in optimizing our websites based on technical recommendations
- Review daily our e-commerce orders to ensure processed correctly and flagging any issues to corresponding departments (IT, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance)
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 4-5 years of experience in project management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly. Ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced English & Spanish – French as a nice to have
- Used to manage technical projects, teams and third-parties partners
- Technical knowledge & passion and interest (no IT background is required)
- An energetic can-do and positive attitude
- A Team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation to assume responsibilities outside core focus areas
- Be able to identify any risk in advance which could impact the project
- Strong communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Experience with JIRA or similar project manager software as a service is a plus
