Main Tasks
* Plan, organize, and optimize day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
* Track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods within our quality standards
* Communicate and maintain relations with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve any transportation issues
* Prepare necessary documentation for shipments
* Trouble shooting, resolving logistical problems in a fast and efficient way
Requirements
* Degree in Logistics or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in transportation coordination and logistics
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work under (time) pressure
* Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications: particularly Excel for data analysis
* Familiarity with supply chain management principles
* Familiarity with Transport Management Systems
* English (spoken and written) B2 level
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Team player, positive attitude
* Proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
