You'll own the DTC channel end-to-end, with influencer marketing as your biggest lever. You'll run our influencer program — sourcing, briefing, managing campaigns, and scaling what works — while also overseeing the agencies and channels that support our growth.
Lead SVibe's influencer marketing program: manage creator relationships, campaign execution, performance tracking, and scaling the program across markets
Manage external agencies across paid social, Google, email/CRM, marketplace, and crowdfunding — briefing them, reviewing output, and holding them to high standards
Run our Shopify storefront — CRO, merchandising, UX improvements, and making sure the site reflects the brand
Track channel-level performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and make spend decisions accordingly
Work with our Content Manager to keep creative and brand voice aligned with growth priorities
3–5 years in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing — ideally brand-side
~ Experience with influencer marketing — you've run campaigns, managed creators, or scaled an influencer program
~ You've managed xohynlm agencies or freelancers before and know how to push for better work without micromanaging
~ Comfortable with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email platforms, or similar tools
~ Fluent in English
