Season Membership Retention Manager | Full-Time | Santander ArenaThe Season Membership Retention Manager is responsible for managing Season Membership accounts, renewing plans, developing Member benefits, and delivering outstanding Member experience.This role pays a yearly salary of $45,000 and is commission eligible.Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until March 13, 2026.- Manage a dedicated list of Season Members and serve as their primary point of contact.- Meet or exceed renewal, retention, and upsell goals.- Maintain organized notes, pipelines, and follow-ups for all accounts.- Develop and execute Season Membership benefits, events, and Member touchpoints.- Support game night operations by visiting Members, resolving issues, and assisting with Member-only experiences.- Collaborate with the ticket sales team and Director of Ticketing on renewal timelines, pricing, and program improvements.- Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns for renewal and engagement.- Identify opportunities to upsell additional seats, upgrades, group outings, and suites.- Provide excellent customer service at all times.- Work Reading Royals events and home games as assigned.Qualifications- 3-5 years of ticketing or customer service experience preferred.- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Highly motivated, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and strong problem-solving ability.- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.- Coachable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Monday CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar).#J-18808-Ljbffr
