Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement quality control processes for all analytics data.
2. Work closely with data analysts to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
3. Collaborate with media planners and client service teams to ensure that data is actionable and relevant to client needs.
4. Conduct regular audits of analytics data to identify any errors or inconsistencies.
5. Provide training and guidance to team members on data quality best practices.
6. Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper functioning of data collection tools and systems.
8. Regularly report on data quality metrics to network and management
Education & Languages
9. Graduated with a Master degree or equivalent with a specialization in project management
10. Min 5 years of experience in supporting analytics and digital projects / media agency knowledge is a plus
11. Fluent in English

12. Experience within media planning environment to understand key steps of the agency process, especially in digital marketing channels
13. Business Analysis skills across a variety of tools and toolkits
14. Proven experience in a similar role within a media agency or related industry.
15. Strong knowledge of data quality management principles and best practices.
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. Strong knowledge of data collection tools and systems.
18. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
19. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
20. Ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment, with sensitivity to cultural communication styles
21. Self-motivated and proactive to find solutions
22. Able to interact at all levels of an organization (global, local, regional, business unit, etc.).
23. Able to support market and user In data quality management processes, data quality analysis, naming convention troubleshooting and management
Technical skills :
24. Ticketing management tools (JIRA, Zendesk, Monday, …)
25. Perfect knowledge of MS office tools especially Excel (Dax, Power Query, Power Pivot)
26. Digital Marketing, Media activation
27. Experience using Power BI/ Power Apps, Power Automate, and workflow apps.
28. Any added value in Python, R, JS… to help Excel automation or other path to automation is more than welcome
