What will you do?
* Collaborate in a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure.
* Design, develop, and maintain ML pipelines, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
* Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for deployment in high-traffic systems.
* Work closely and effectively with other teams to integrate ML models into products and services.
* Monitor and troubleshoot production ML systems to ensure smooth operation.
* Contribute to the development of MLOps best practices within the company.
What are we looking for?
* PhD or degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* Solid programming skills in languages such as Python and experience in object-oriented programming.
* Experience with environments such as AWS (SageMaker), Airflow (DAGs), and MLFlow.
* Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and best practices.
* Proven experience in scaling machine learning models for production deployment.
* Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Snowflake.
* Fluent level of English and Spanish.
