In this role you will own the Rooms Solutions and Conferencing services for the Spanish sites, ensuring reliable collaboration technology and a great shared workplace experience. You’ll work with an international team to align local operations with the global digital strategy and to support conferencing hardware and software evolution. You’ll drive end-to-end service delivery, from deployment to obsolescence, and use data-driven insights to improve service quality. Expect some business travel as you connect with sites across Getafe, Seville, and beyond. This is a chance to shape how Airbus Defence and Space teams communicate and innovate through exceptional service.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• End-to-end delivery of Rooms and Conferencing services across Spanish sites with KPIs and SLAs
• Monitor and drive external service providers’ performance at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
• Support Product Managers in evolving conferencing hardware and software from deployment to obsolescence
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and use data-driven insights to prevent recurring issues and improve space quality
• Translate Spanish business needs into technical requirements while managing service costs
• Collaborate with international teams across FR, DE, ES, UK to align on product strategy
• Define SLAs and KPIs with business domains and Product Manager; negotiate contractual SLAs with customers and providers
• Manage insourced and outsourced delivery teams to meet SLAs and optimize costs
• Lead corrective actions and mitigations to achieve objectives
• Oversee maintenance cost allocation with Head of Product Team/PSL
• Handle complaints, escalations, and crisis situations professionally
Responsabilidades
• Combination of technical knowledge and xpzdshu service-first mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms
• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable with technicians and executives
• Degree in IT and experience in Service Management
• Experience holding 3rd party suppliers accountable
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain and work in a diverse international environment
• Creative thinker able to propose new ways to improve service quality
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity as a foundation for work
