What you will do
* Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
* Coordinate projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment on scope, planning and priorities.
* Define testing strategies, prepare test plans and execute functional testing activities.
* Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
* Support solution delivery and ensure smooth adoption by end users.
* Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting and policy management processes.
What you bring
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and IT environments.
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional documentation.
* Proven experience with test planning, test execution and quality assurance activities.
* Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
* Structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
* Experience working in Agile and/or structured project delivery environments.
