Instructional Designer, GSF Learning and Development

We are seeking an exceptional Content Developer to join our Amazon INFC Learning team and support operations training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization.
Key job responsibilities
* Design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization.
* Create engaging training materials, including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content.
* Develop comprehensive storyboards and effective assessments.
* Manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards.
A day in the life
Adhering to the core principles of adult learning, you create learning materials that are engaging and interactive for learners to increase knowledge retention and recall. You work with Operations, Business, Program, and Training Delivery teams to identify training scope and use modalities such as bite‑size learning (mobile), OPLs, infographics, instructor‑led, blended, and assessments to build quality learning experiences.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Proficiency in translating content into regional languages.
* Experience in stakeholder or customer management and project management (advantage).
* Ability to manage data effectively through analysis and generate accurate reports.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Hands‑on experience with content development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, and Vyond.
* Experience using AI tools to speed up content development.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a related industry.
* Certified instructional designer.
* Primary knowledge of using AI tools to create content.
* Experience using the Training Needs Analysis process, including assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing customer‑centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.
