This role is focused on driving user acquisition and retention through innovative, ROI-optimized campaigns. You will work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are high-performing and continuously evolving. The position is fully remote within European time zones.Accountabilities :
Design and execute cross-platform user acquisition strategies (e.G. social networks, SDK networks, DSPs)Optimize large-scale UA campaigns with a focus on installs, retention, and cost-efficiencyAnalyze UA performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and increase ROICollaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad assetsManage relationships with ad partners and attribution tools to ensure accurate reporting and optimal campaign performanceLead reporting and dashboard creation to track KPIs and support business decisionsGuide internal teams on best practices for UA, attribution, and budget planningRequirements5+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, ideally within mobile gamingStrong track record of executing UA strategies from soft launch to global scaleDeep knowledge of tools like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, and MMPs (e.G.
