Your role:
Setup and maintain batch jobs based on requests of the SAP application teams/business in test and production Systems.
Knowledge in monitoring procedures and Alerting management.
Support SAP Software Logistics with deployment tasks
Working with internal and external audit requests.
Work actively on job failures and remediate issues (if needed with other teams)
Monitor job processing and actively take measures to ensure SLAs are met.
Operation of data exchange between the SAP and the connected subsystems
Working closely with other teams (e.g., SAP, Goldmine, ECOM, outsourcing partners) identifying approaches to optimize the scheduling and performance of the batch processing.
Maintain factory calendars in SAP
Working on optimizing the performance of the jobs so the available resources would be used in the most efficient way.
Basic SAP Basis knowledge is necessary.
SAP archiving understanding is helpful.
Know how to work under ITSM tools.
Ability for independent working.
Capacity of management and teamwork is desirable.
Proactive documentation.
Capacity to work and collaborate on different projects.
Specific requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Knowledge and experience in Redwood.
Over 7 years of experience with SAP Software.
English full competence.
