Role Overview
As our Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, identifying scalable growth opportunities and continuously optimizing our acquisition and conversion funnels.
Your mission is to discover and scale the most effective ways to grow Spoki globally.
Your Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Design and execute growth experiments across marketing and product
- Identify new user acquisition channels and scalable growth opportunities
- Build and optimize growth loops and referral mechanisms
- Continuously test new hypotheses through A/B testing and rapid experimentation
User Acquisition & Funnel Optimization
- Optimize the customer acquisition funnel
- Improve activation, conversion, and retention rates
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and growth opportunities
Data & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze growth KPIs
- Track performance across acquisition channels
- Use data to prioritize experiments and guide strategic decisions
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Collaborate on improving product-led growth initiatives
- Contribute ideas that improve the overall user experience and growth engine
Idóneo Profile
We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, creativity, and execution speed.
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Understanding of growth funnels and SaaS metrics
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS startups
- Knowledge of SEO and content growth strategies
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Experience working with AI tools and APIs
