We are currently managing an Ad Tech Manager for an International company with offices in Barcelona to join their multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
* Own and develop the Ad Tech architecture, including integrations with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and analytics tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ad delivery and platform performance.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and BI teams to define requirements and execute seamless integrations.
* Optimize ad-related products using performance data and industry standards (IAB, etc.).
* Act as the primary contact for Ad Tech vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements:
* Solid experience in CTV, VOD, and FAST environments.
* Hands-on expertise with SpringServe, DAI, and SCTE-35 marker implementation.
* In-depth understanding of ad serving mechanics, monetization models, and programmatic ecosystems.
* Familiarity with tools such as GAM, FreeWheel, Lotame, Amazon APS, Moat, AWS MediaTailor, etc.
* Knowledge of CMPs (Consent Management Platforms) and targeted advertising workflows.
* A strategic mindset with strong technical execution capabilities.
