Job description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent end-to-end employee lifecycle management — from talent attraction to offboarding. The role combines HR operations, support in key areas such as training, performance, and compliance, and a strong focus on employee experience.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment and pre-onboarding processes.
- Monitoring mandatory training compliance and supporting development plans.
- Supporting performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Ensuring legal compliance and coordinating with Health & Safety partners.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Driving engagement initiatives and tracking key People KPIs.
- Executing onboarding and offboarding processes effectively and in line with regulations.
Requirements:
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position.
- Proven experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and compensation & benefits.
- Solid, hands-on knowledge of Spanish employment law. Knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus.
- Previous experience in dynamic or multinational environments.
* Education
- University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
* Languages
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Spanish: native or full professional proficiency.
- Portuguese is an asset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
