ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
* Manage the sales effort for prospective clients, achieving individual sales targets.
* Achieve new sales targets for Iberia, focusing on acquiring new relationships and building opportunities.
* Increase commercial activity in the Iberia region, ensuring strategic alignment with global objectives and increasing ASC generation.
* Define new sales targets and monitor progress.
* Drive client engagement to generate sustainable business growth, considering risks.
* Enhance strategic dialogue with key clients and prospects to increase cross-selling.
* Ensure an efficient and effective sales organization and governance aligned with business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIONS:
* Contribute to defining the local 2S strategy by providing insights on industry trends and client dynamics.
* Maintain a portfolio of targeted opportunities aligned with business strategy.
* Create and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to meet targets.
* Ensure consistent sales activities in Spain and Portugal.
* Create and update sales reports.
* Collaborate with client lines and product teams on solutions and messaging.
* Position BNP Paribas Securities Services ahead of RFPs and develop value propositions.
* Drive sales efforts to maximize profitability, considering risk.
* Align client strategies with business goals and guidelines.
* Identify and execute sales campaigns.
* Maximize cross-selling through inclusive dialogue and collaboration with other teams.
* Maintain knowledge on clients, markets, industry trends, and regulations.
COMPLIANCE
Adhere to BNP Paribas policies on Compliance, KYC, AML, ABC, and Sanctions.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in business or equivalent.
* Market knowledge and expertise (5+ years).
* Proven experience in high-value sales and business development.
* High level of English proficiency.
SKILLS
* Technical: Microsoft 365.
* Transversal & Behavioral: Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Client Focus.
