Job description 
Find your place at Amaris Consulting as Agile Coach in Barcelona (hybrid), for one of our main multinational partners of the pharmaceutical field. Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment, transitioning our existing work practices to a full embrace of agile mindset. 
WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
Communicate agile principles, Scrum/Kanban practices, and overall operating model across the organization. 
Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams. 
Lead stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status. 
Support teams in ensure smooth project delivery. 
Work as a team member with the existing Agile coaches in the department and collaborate in bringing the Agile Mindset into concrete actions. 
Participate in workshops and sessions focused on spread the culture and show the others with full transparency why, what and how are we working as a team. 
Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching. 
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones. 
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 
4 or more years of experience as Agile coach, using Kanban and Scrum 
Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments. 
Experience in working in agile product delivery of varying size and complexity. 
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching. 
Excellent written and verbal communication 
Certification as agile coach or scrum master is an asset. 
Educational background in computer science. 
Fluency in English is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.
