Konnect Way, a rapidly expanding software development company based in Spain and Ireland, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Technical Hiring Engineer located in the EU. This remote, part-time contractor position (4 hours per day) offers flexibility to work independently while contributing to international projects. What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge of technologies such as ReactJS, PHP, RESTful API, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery.
* Knowledge of Dojo and Kotlin is a plus.
* Familiarity with CI/CD systems, Docker, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
* Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
* Experience as a full-stack application developer with related technologies: 6+ years.
* Experience in Technical Interviews: assessing candidates, conducting technical interviews, evaluating results, creating technical questions, and evaluating knowledge related to relevant technologies, specifically for frontend and backend engineers. Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
* Assessment Proficiency: Skilled in creating and managing coding challenges, technical assessments, and live problem-solving sessions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English to collaborate with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
* Organize and oversee multi-stage interview processes, including technical assessments and problem-solving sessions.
* Ensure interviews cover key areas and best practices of backend and frontend development.
* Communicate company values, mission, and technical strengths effectively to attract top talent.
* Ensure a seamless and transparent candidate experience.
