We are looking for a Recruiter for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across the Americas, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative, data-driven recruitment solutions. Advanced Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels—including AI-powered platforms, social media, events, and referrals—to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality GTM talent. Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Set the standard for process excellence, speed, and quality. Lead or contribute to projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency wherever possible. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies, track pipeline health, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Employer Branding: Actively promote our employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships, highlighting our culture, growth opportunities, and commitment to innovation. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.
Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including ATS (Workday or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools. ~ able to influence and build trust with hiring managers and senior leaders. ~ Demonstrated experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). You will be fluent in English.
We offer a 6-month contract. ~40 hours a week from Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm) ~ Hybrid position. ~
