Neuraxpharm is looking for a MedTech Corporate Marketing Manager
(hybrid role)
Your Mission:
The MedTech Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the European marketing strategy for a portfolio of medical devices and digital health solutions in the Central Nervous System (CNS) area.
The role ensures strategic alignment across countries, supports successful product launches, and drives adoption by healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders, in close collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and local affiliate teams.
Your Major Accountabilities:
1. Definition of Marketing strategy including market analysis and identification of key leverage points throughout the patient and the device journey.
2. Optimization of Go-to-Market strategy.
3. Validation of country forecasts, country P&L and KPIs.
4. Management of KOLs and PAGs, including corporate advisory boards, expert meetings, key congresses.
5. Preparation of launch campaign in collaboration with Corporate Digital, Corporate Medical and the country marketing teams - considering the relevant target groups and the major touchpoints of the customer journeys.
6. Close collaboration with country managers and country marketing teams (guidance, launch performance monitoring, training and best practices sharing).
7. Monitoring of market and relevant competitors
8. Strategic Marketing: define and execute the European marketing strategy for CNS medical devices and digital solutions across multiple indications (e.g. epilepsy, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s).
9. Launch & Lifecycle Management: lead European launches of medical devices and digital therapeutics, ensuring readiness across markets.
10. Cross-Functional Leadership: act as the central marketing interface with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial Excellence
11. Local Market Enablement: develop and deliver core marketing tools (campaigns, detail aids, digital assets, patient materials).
12. Digital & Innovation: drive digital-first marketing approaches, including omnichannel campaigns and patient engagement solutions.
We would like you to have:
13. Minimum +10 years of experience in Medical Device and Pharma industry, ideally in an International Marketing role.
14. Experience in Medical Device and/or medical software launch.
15. Experience leading cross-country launches and matrix teams.
16. Brand planning experience.
17. Strong leadership skills to adjust to key stakeholders (senior executive, KOLs, partner, marketing teams across countries, etc).
18. Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
19. Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills.
20. Convincing, service minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinking.
21. Professional-level English is a must.
