EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Used Car Management Analyst to join our team. This profile will act as a key link between the brand and the dealer network, ensuring that used vehicle (VO) processes, standards, and performance targets are consistently met. The position requires a highly analytical, structured, and proactive individual with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the used car business end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track dealer network KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Used Car Management leadership
* Identify performance deviations and escalate when necessary
* Support pricing and remarketing activities:
* Benchmark market prices and validate dealer pricing compliance
* Prepare pricing adjustment proposals
* Assist in remarketing campaigns (fleet, km0, buyback vehicles)
* Coordinate with dealers to ensure compliance with OEM used car processes and standards
* Review listing quality (photos, descriptions, equipment)
* Provide support on system-related issues (DMS, portals, OEM tools)
* Collect and channel dealer feedback internally
* Support the management of brand programs and standards:
* Monitor VO certifications and quality audits
* Ensure compliance with reconditioning requirements
* Assist in training sessions and webinars for the dealer network
* Conduct internal analysis and reporting:
* Prepare presentations for management
* Analyze market trends (pricing, competition, demand)
* Support profitability studies and reporting across the network
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fleet, Logistics, Marketing, After-Sales, and IT/Digital
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, organization, and consistency
* Ability to work with data and synthesize insights into clear conclusions
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing dealer relationships
* Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
* Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
* Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly valued
* Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Pages is a plus
* Interest in the automotive industry and understanding of the used car business is desirable
