We are looking for a Security Coordinator in Argelia ( Military rank), whose main function will be:
* Elaboration and implementation of security plans, procedures and protocols and crisis management.
* Security audits.
* Security/crisis drills.
* Monitoring of security services provided by private security companies.
* Training courses on security and crisis management.
* Security coordination with local authorities.
* Security coordination with the Project security structure.
* Permanent updating of personnel lists.
* Supervision of escort services.
* Security management of expatriates in the project (itinerant and permanent).
Skills/Qualifications:
* Senior professional.
* Technical security knowledge that enables him/her to prepare security documents, such as:
* Site Security Plan.
* Crisis Management Plan.
* Security Audits.
* Threat Assessment Reports.
* Experience in similar international projects (international destinations).
* Previous experience in Algeria.
* Spanish A2 level.
Preferably military (officer rank)
* Teamwork
* Leadership
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Open-mindedness and high capacity to adapt to new circumstances
